WHERE IS THE SHOW THIS YEAR?
The 2024 NPC Southern States will take place at:
Venue – Wold Performing Arts Center at Lynn University | 3601 N Military Trl, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Host Hotel – Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel | 2000 NW 19th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33431 | BOOK A ROOM
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR THE SHOW?
Online Registrations will close Thursday July 11th at 11:01 PM. You can still register in person during check-ins on Friday July 12th, 5:00-7:00 PM. There will be a $50 Late Fee if you register on that Friday so be sure to sign up early!
WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-INS? ARE THEY MANDATORY?
Check-ins are mandatory and will take place at the Host Hotel.
They will take place from 5:00-7:00PM on Friday July 12, 2024.

WHAT ARE THE BACKSTAGE PUMP UP RULES?
You cannot bring weights for pump up backstage. You can only bring bands to use in the dressing room or holding areas for pumping up.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO POSE ON STAGE?
Prejudging Show:
You may have about 10-30 seconds for your Mandatory poses, then we will have the class comparisions.
Finals Show:
Men & Women’s Bodybuilding, Classic, Women’s Physique: Routines can be no longer than 60 seconds.
Fitness: Routines can be no longer than 2 minutes.
Figure, Bikini, Men’s Physique, Wellness: 20-30 posing at center stage before award presentation.
ARE TRAINERS ALLOWED BACKSTAGE?
Your Trainer/Coach may be backstage if they purchase a Backstage pass.
The passes are $150 which includes one Prejudging show ticket & one Reserved Ticket for Finals. As per NPC Policy they must be a current member of NPC & must show their NPC card.
Passes can be purchased from the Box Office starting Saturday Morning.
CAN I HAVE MY OWN PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEO TEAM WITH ME?
No photo or video cameras are allowed backstage or inside of the event. They can be and are encouraged to be used in the hallways outside and around the hotel.
Professional Stage Photos and Video will be taken by our Official Photographer. Their contact information can be found on our Professional Services page.

I PURCHASED MY TICKETS ONLINE, DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE?
This year’s venue will have reserved seating. Please purchase your tickets online to avoid the box office line on show day.
If tickets are purchased online, bring your QR code tickets to the Box Office Table to get scanned and receive your wristbands.
Tickets will be sold at the venue through the box office.

CAN I BRING MY HAIR/MAKE-UP PERSON WITH ME BACKSTAGE?
No, you cannot have a glam/make-up/hair person with you in the dressing rooms. We will have Protan’s hair and make-up team on site if you need their services.
If a friend or MUA is helping, you would have to get ready in your hotel room prior then come to the show.
